Leadership/Tech
The Leadership Conference is an event dedicated to creating a foundation for leadership in Thespian Troupes. Thespians attend a series of workshops taught by the student STO.
​
The Technical Conference feature workshops taught by educators and theatre professionals that focus on the various technical aspects of theatre. Students also get the chance to compete in the tech olympics
Regional Individual Event and Short Play Festival
Schools are eligible to submit up to one One-Act Plays per teacher (with a maximum of two one-act plays) to be performed for the chance to move on to the state competition.

Students are also eligible to participate in Individual Events in Acting, Musical, Technical and Short Film Categories.

NEW THIS YEAR: All superior IEs from each region will be qualified for the International Thespian Festival in June of 2020!
​
The top 10% of superiors from each region will be invited to audition for the state Showcase
